SISS ACS is the application integrated with SissOnline - Intelligent System at the Service of Health - which provides the community health agent with the following facilities:- Individual Registration- Home Registration- Family registration- Visit to the home/citizen- Death RegistrationThe objective of the ACS APP is to improve the quality of health information and to optimize the use of this information by managers, health professionals and citizens, we can mention some advantages:- Elimination of the auxiliary registration typing process, considering the use of the CDS;- Reduction in the storage of paper forms within the UBS;- Increased speed of information sharing with the rest of the team;- Reduction in the registration time and updating of the records of the population in the territory.
